(Phase 2 - Week 8 - another recovery week - my version Classic )
Ok .. have been away a while .. had a freaking stomach bug .. it has really messed my routine up .. the most exercise I got was running back and forth to the bathroom x( ...
.. and my appetite is insatiable .. guess b/c I lost so much thru the bug .. ?? .. I don't know but it is weird .. and I am NOT happy!!!x( x(
so my problem is .. my dang routine was blown to you know where and back last week and this weekend. Do I try to get the workouts i missed and skip recovery week .. or do I forget it .. stick w/the plan and do recovery week ??
aahhhhhhh .. OK .. yesterday I had to skip the lunch workout .. too weak .. but taught class .. and did a complete step/weight circuit class w/emphasis on weights ..
today .. I am thinking I will either do the tricep/chest workout I missed last week ... or skip it and do a short run .. OR .. do a light leg workout .. ??? I hate getting all screwed up!
b-4 the bug hit .. I weighed and I had lost the 2 pounds I had gained .. but I feel bigger .. how is that possible?? LOL .. my weight just never flucuates much .. and I have put on muslce all over .. lost in my hips and upper abdomen .. ?? .. guess we will see after this week?? Phase THREE begins next week .. WOW .. I can't belive it!!!
Ok .. sounds like all of you ladies are doing great on the eating . and the workouts .. keep up the good work .. and if you have any suggestions on how I need to make up the 3 days I lost thanks to the dang bug let me know!:7
