CLASSIC/PHASE 2/WEEK 6/DAY 2
Good Morning Xers!
I was going to do only Cathe leg work today as I had vowed to do only 2 days of cardio in phase 2 and they were going to be on a floating day and saturday....WELL, after eating so terribly this weekend AND last night for dinner I NEED TO HAVE SOME EXTRA CARDIO so I am going to incorporate the 2 together today and do some kind of lower body circuit. This plan is just for this week though to battle the effects of my awful diet the past few days. I got on the scale this morning and it went up UP UP!
I have a tiny bit o' DOMS from y'day's work out. I am prepared for the possibility that it will get worse as the day goes on though. }( LOL
