Classic Rotation/Phase 1/Week 3/Day 2
Hey everyone...Good Morning.
Today is cardio for me so I will most likely be on the TM after work for a 3 mile run. I think I mentioned the MIC idea I had....well, I quickly dis-counted that as a BAD idea! :7
I am feeling the DOMS creeping into my back and arms from y'day's work out. }(
I ate badly last night...After dinner I had some popcorn (unhealthy style) and a piece of left over cake from saturday. ACK!x( I didn't need that but I was having a weak moment when DH started eating...If it weren't for him wanting this cr@p in the house my eating would be soooo much better cause if it's not there I can't eat it, right? RIGHT! I think I need a divorce...or how about just a 3 month separation?! LOL
