Shoulders and Arms and ARX was awesome y'day. I felt sooo good when I was done. I upped my weights on 2 exercises. I've never felt so strong doing shoulder work before!
This morning I will take a spin class at the gym and then this afternoon it's yoga time!:7
So I "cheated" this morning and took my BF measurement. I couldn't stand it anymore! LOL I wanted to see where I was at after 3 1/2 weeks of X'ing! I can't divulge the results but let's just say that I was pleased! I will OFFICIALLY measure, weigh and take pics upon the completion of week 4. I hope I don't mess it up between now and then!
My lats are STILL sore! Do you believe this!? LOL It's not bad but it's definately still there. I feel it a bit when I move in certain ways and when I lay on my sides I am VERY aware of my lats!}(
