CLASSIC ROTATION/PHASE 1/WEEK 2/DAY 5
Good Morning Ladies! TGIF!
Well I did StretchMax 2 and the rest of YogaX last night. Gotta love those 7 yoga belly exercises!}(
It's Legs&Back/ARX today. So far my legs feel good. No DOMS from spin. Once I start doing L&B though I'll know for sure how spin affected me.
I have to leave for work in 45 mins and still have to get myself and my little one ready to go!YIKES! I guess that's what I get for sleeping in, ey?
