P90X January Starters, Sunday

Morning X'ers!:)

I just finished my work out. I did Cardio Fusion (as produced) through the power circuits and ARX. I actually cheated just a bit on CF. The first combo she does (w/no break down) after the warm up is beyond me. I attempted it but realized I was getting no where so ff'd it to the next part. It took me about 45 mins from w/u to stretch. *****week 12 is DONE!!!!*******

I've come up with my own plan for my recovery week. This is what I'll probably do:

M: Running class in the evening
T: yoga
W: Kenpo X
R: yoga
F: rest (busy day-no time ;( )
S: rest (another busy day-no time ;( )
S: yoga

As you can see I conveniently left core syn out!:p :7

Hey Wendy - Congrats on the hard part being done!! Woooohooooo! It's a great feeling isn't it?:)

The Easter festivities are over. MIL came over for a bit but had a hard time and went home pretty quickly.:( Holidays are so tough for those who have lost someone. Her other son will be taking her to dinner tonight - just trying to get her through this tough time.

The kids had fun with their scavenger hunt.:) They got soooo much candy from other grandma yesterday and with what they got today - ug! I ate so much food yesterday that I actually went to bed with a belly ache.:( :eek: :7 There's no way I could log all the food I ate yesterday because I never really stopped eating - can't imagine how many calories were consumed. So, today is supposed to be rest day but I think I will have to add in a workout because I feel so guilty about yesterday. I did intense moves from Gin Miller yesterday which is a nice 50 min. mini IMAX type workout. I'm not sure what I'll do today but I'm sure it will be something....
