Kenpo on tap for today since I didn't get a chance to do it yesterday - then starting Monday is week 9! It has gone by fast.

I should be OK on calories today since I'm a bit hungover from last night. LOL Had 4 light beers and am hungover - I'm such a lightweight. I'm chugging the water and coffee so I should be over it soon. I couldn't help it - I was soooo happy last night with the racin' season kickin off!

Now.....if I can just get motivated today:D

Hi Everyone,

I never got my workout in on Friday. So yesterday I did Leaner Legs & abs and back & biceps:) I really feel the need for cardio so I'm going to do Cardio Fusion mix & match 80 min cardio premix. If I'm feeling up to it, I'll do Chest, Shoulders and triceps.

Hello fellow X'ers,

I am trying my hardest to fight off a headache so i can tackle PlyoX today!!
I ate like a pig yesterday (TTOM) and enjoyed every minute of it:p so i definitely want to get my workout in today.

Ok, tackled Yoga X again (or I tried to). Didn't really bring it today. Oh well.....

I haven't been the best with eating today either. I just finished two brownie bites (not the hostess kind, but the ones you can find in Costco). Wow.....a few seconds in the microwave make these things irresistable.

Okay, have a great finish to the weekend.
