Classic Rotation/Week 2/Day 1
Well I still have some DOMS in my back so today's work out should be FUN FUN FUN!}( Chest and Back/ARX for me this afternoon. Now that I have purchased push up bars I should have an easier time of all of those push ups...well, no wrist pain anyway! Now that my chin up bar is up and running the back work will be tougher!
I have some errands to run this morning so I likely won't be back here until after my work out!
