Good Morning Lovelies!:)

This is it folks! My final BBC work out of the rotation...Full Body!

I can't wait to get started with Cathe on Monday! I tweaked that rotation just a wee bit more last night. I decided that I wanted to stick with 3 cardios per week so I had to omit 1 Cathe cardio per week in order to do this. I now have 1 run, 1 spin class and 1 Cathe cardio each week. I moved my yoga session into the open spot where the cardio was so that I have a yoga only day every week. I never got that during the X since I always had yoga coupled up with spin class. I think I am going to like it this way. :)

Well, I'm going to get dressed in a few minutes. I want to take Joey outside to play. I am considering the park but I'd prefer to do something like that with another adult so I may just opt for another morning in our front yard with the dog. Joey is not going to complain...until it's time to go inside, that is!;) :7

DH, papa and I were supposed to take Joey to a park where there is an old time locomotive that you can ride on through the park. We think he'd love it! We were all looking forward to this (and what a day for it! Gorgeous!) but then DH got put on O/T for today. Can't really complain cause the money is outstanding but needless to say we had to put the train on hold. :-(

Up a little late this morning since I didn't get to bed until 1:00. So glad I was the designated driver - no headache for me this morning.:)

I have CoreSyn on tap for today but I'm not sure I'm gonna get to it. DH will be home in an hour or so and we'll be off and I'm just starting to sip on my coffee, so I doubt I'll get the energy for it in time for today. Maybe later.....maybe tomorrow.:)


Wendy - Well, you must have been able to catch up on your sleep last night - I see that your post is at a much better hour.:) So, I'm dyin to know. Were you able to do all of the moves on BBC? On the full body w/o I have to do the push ups on my knees, and did the regular instead of the declines. My arms were already exhaused when he had us do another set of push ups and I just had to modify. A full minute or 90 sec. of push ups the regular style was just a bit too much but still got a great pump doing them on my knees.
Sorry about your plans for the train. But, there'll be lots of beautiful days coming up.:)

LOL Angie at the no headache comment. I have gotten my limits down to a science these days. I know how much I can drink, feel good, have fun and still feel good in the morning so long as I take 2 pain relievers with a glass of water before I go to bed. :)

To answer your question, I have to modify or take breaks during a lot of the exercises in BBC Full Body. That work out is no joke! I take breaks during some of the tricep dips sets and I modify the push ups to bent knee when I get tired. I do the decline push ups but I drop to my knees on those as well when I get tired. That's all I can think of off the top of my head. :)
