Good Morning.
Okay so I totally blew off my work out yesterday with out a second thought and then proceeded to eat 3 pieces of pizza for dinner! YIKES!

Come to think of it though, it's actually not a BAD thing that I took a rest day! I realize now that I had no rest day between my recovery week and starting my new rotation! I would normally take a rest day on Sunday but since I am running that race with Cathy and Shelly I didn't have one scheduled. I guess it all works out for the best then!:+
So any other's with tattoos hiding in our group? }( Anyone have a secret desire to get one but haven't for some reason???
Well, DH and I are going to the gym today. I will either use the elliptical or go for an easy run on the TM. In light of the race tomorrow I can't go hard if I decide to run today.
