P90X Check In Week of May 22nd

Yesterday was Shoulders and Arms on my schedule, but I decided to do cardio instead, so I did Sharon Manns kickbox workout (and will do S&A today...I just don't want to part with it so soon! And this will be my last time to use it since recovery week starts next week (I'm thinking of doing TLT workouts during 'recovery' along with yoga and some moderated cardio---I might even end up doing Kenpo X.)
