Cathlete
Hi,
I have UBP and have used it once a week but doing other upper body workouts 2more times a week. I was wondering though what results people got from doing them 2-3x week for several weeks? I dont know what weights rotation to follow of cathe workouts. I want to get that sculpted look, not too muscluar like a man but definately more definition .especially in the delts. thanks

I wouldn't do PUB three times a week; I think that would be overtraining. You could probably do PUB twice a week, but personally, I'd probably expereince PUB-burnout before my month long rotation was over.

I am currently doing a rotation that uses The Pyramids, but I only do each of PUB and PLB once a week (on two different days). I then do total body weight workout (like Muscle Endurance or Muscle Max) later in the week. I've gotten pretty good results doing this. I'll do this rotation for about 4 to 5 weeks and then move onto another rotation using S&H or the Gym Styles.

Good luck,
Shelbygirl

I would also recommend using PUB twice a week at most, alternating with PLB. With weight work, rest and recovery are as important as the work, and doing too much is actually counter productive.

thanks, I dont know if I could tolerate doing it three times a week. It kicks my butt. S&H should probably be done only once also right?

I personally would only do S&H once a week. I don't think I have the necessary focus to do it more than that. In fact, when I do a S&H rotation, I usually do one week with S&H (each workout done only once, but I'll do a total body weight workout later in the week). The next week I'll do the Pure Strength series (again with a total body workout during the week as well). I'll alternate weeks of S&H with PS. I just can't seem to do S&H two weeks in a row. I guess my attention span is just too low!
