Hi everyone. Haven't been on in ages but up until recently I was on a pure diet of Cathe's CTX, Circuit Max and Cardio Kicks! :eek:) Well...I must have been doing too much impact for too long (for this old body and my arthritis! LOL!) because I developed a stress fracture in my right foot and shin splints. Oh, and my left knee, another owie. :'(

Sure would be nice if Cathe came out with some low/no impact SUPER intense workouts. I find I now prefer kickboxing (it's great for the total body!) to just about any other form of cardio, and Cathe's kickboxing workouts are the BEST and toughest I've ever done.

I'm recovering, slowly (LOL!). Can't WAIT to get back to some REAL intensity again. :D

WHATEVER Cathe comes out with... count me IN!:)

Hi Carol!

Sorry to hear about your injuries! I can definitely relate - I just fractured my wrist and tailbone roller skating last weekend and am pretty much out of commission in terms of exercise. I am going nuts!!

I'd be very interested in any high intensity, super low impact videos that you come across...my knees can't take the high impact! Thanks!
