Hi! my goal is to gain muscle. I have been doing upper pyramid on Wed. and Sat. and the lower pyramid on Mon. and Fri. the entire workout. Would this be too much? I noticed on your rotation that you only do the floor work portion some days. I hope this makes sense. I also do cardio 3 days a week on opposite days. Thanks
 
Hi Angela! If you are not new to weight training, I don't think this is too much. But I also do not think that you need to do each tape more than once per week unless (or until) the once a week plan no longer provides you the results you were once receiving. If thats where you are now, then you can consider adding the second workouts.
