I think my quads have become over developed compared to my hamstrings resulting in a kind of "turkey leg" look. Any suggestions on what to do?Could it be from too much step?
THAnk you
I loved well developed quads. I am sure they are gorgeous. I am so jealous! Dead lifts, hamstring curls with or without weights, but it is not unusual and as long as it's not too extreme, you are good. We do normal movements that work the front more than the back and you may noit realize how much work your hammies get, going upstairs and such. The back body is so neglected. Yes, make a plan to work it but know that there are normal descrepancies and as long as they are worked, you're fine. Inner thighs too. They are more difficult to get into since most movements don't bring the legs to the body in that medial plane. They do not require the same amount of work as the larger, more primary muscles. Muscle balance is desirable but some muscles are less involved in ordianry movement than others. Deadlifts and hamstring curls!
