Hello Cathletes! I hope you have been enjoying a wonderful summer with family, friends, vacations and of course …workouts!!! It has been quite busy here at Cathedotcom and I’m finally getting a bit of a breather from traveling and other obligations this summer. As you know we also just had our annual Cathe Roadtrip here in Glassboro last weekend and it was a BLAST!!! I’m loving looking at all the great pictures that continue to be posted by all of us. FUN FUN FUN!!!

I also wanted to update you on an exciting new development for Cathedotcom. For years now we've been stepping, jumping, pumping and sweating up a storm in our Cathe.com studio! Starting this weekend we’re opening our studio to other producers and instructors. So, don’t be surprised if you start seeing other productions that are produced in our New Jersey studio.

Speaking of filming, we are eagerly anticipating the filming of our next series “Ripped With Hiit”. I’ll be sharing more details with you soon.
