Check out your online new. One of our navy vessels were fired upon. Three rockets. None hit their mark.

Cath, I'm so sorry. It saddens me the way the world has become. I'm afraid we are destine to be a target all over the world, military and civilian alike, as are our great friends, Canada and Great Britain included.

DH and I are vets, he's retired. Thought we'd never make that milestone. I hadn't heard about the ship being under attack, but any more now it just saddens me and seems to wear me down. We and our friends (like Great Britain) are going to have to adjust to a much more dangerous world, for a very long time. Please keep our kids over there in your prayers. My SIL is in the Army Reserves. He's been over there in the Navy already. So we're just waiting.
