Just to let everyone know that has tried to contact customer service by email or phone today (Friday-July 25th) to expect delays as our DSL died on us today. We hope Covad will be able to fix the problem tonight, but if not we will not be able to respond to your questions and problems until late Monday or whenever the problem is fixed.
