Watched this after it was loaded this AM, 44 min., & looked fun! I noticed some “new to
me” moves that I liked, Side lunge/lateral raise, Tricep straight arm press-back & flip to hammer grip & then flip back to palm up, (hope that’s in the new workouts) I liked the modifications shown for Banana holds, & Monster walk move with bent arm instead. Couple loop sections & I really liked the second one with the quick little walk up/back, out & in, & walk back & up. That looked like a lot of fun & I don’t remember doing that one before.

Might have to be a purchase :)
 
I don't have Live but I did purchase this download and did it this morning. Loved it - I loved the lower body work with the fire walker bands. I'm not as fast as Cathe and class when getting it around my ankles.
Some days I’m faster than others getting the band on and off…. And some days I’m just plain old foot tied and I can’t make it happen
