This one has jump rope at the end. You can modify this with what Cathe does.
This workout was arms then core. You will need your mat, but Cathe gives you time to get and move your mat. Kinda like a Hiit. The arm exercises were a little bit different in what she normally does. Cathe used 10s and 12s. I use 10s and 8s. In the middle of this she says to do a 15 lb weight, but she doesn’t have it on hand, so she does 12 lbs. Time of this workout is 48 to 49 minutes.
