Our 380th Cathe Live Broadcast

Just did it. If you are pretty good at one riser each, you can put the additional two. I did it with two risers each and it was challenging, but not to bad. I modified the second step one. I couldn’t jump to the full height, so I modified by moving up and down.
I did 10 lbs, 8 lbs, and 5 lbs. I didn’t go as heavy, but I know I got a good arm workout. It goes by fast, so the weight I was at was good. The only problems I had was the chest flys. My arms were getting tired.
As for core, the only one that I didn’t do was the crab legs and arms. So I modified it with push dips.

Overall, I know my arms are going to fry tomorrow.

I really liked the step part. I didn’t feel a I was going to die. But, the step wasn’t that long.

I love Cathe glasses, but she isn’t wearing them this workout. And she is doing step! So that is another great sign. I can’t wait for a new just step workout only, no weights workout!
