Our 27th Cathe Live Production

I tried this workout this morning and loved it! It was a great mix of mostly low impact with some higher impact sprinkled in. Fun and sweaty! :)
 
This Solid Cardio with a touch of HiiT was perfect!

I really liked how Cathe threw in a Circuit Max snippet from the past and then introduced two appetizers from RWH.
The HiiT exercise sequence was a fabulous finisher!.

I do this one usually once a month. It's one of my fav. cardio from Cathe live.
