For my Sat workout yesterday I decided to dust off Muscle Endurance. I have not done that workout for a couple years. Ouch talk about DOMS. I can barely move my upper body and it hurts when I sit down (I think I am less sore in the lower body due to doing a lot of B&Gs). I have not been this sore for a long time. That one should come with a warning label or something.
 
I feel your pain!! I did ME the past 2 weeks in a row.I did it the wed. before the road trip and that was a HUGE mistake-Can you say DOMS!! Then to torture myself even further it was on my rotation to do again the following week. Can you believe my body was able to tolerate the pain much better the 2nd time around. Those leg presses are a killer!!

I don't remember the last time I did ME.


I did BC for the first time in over a year this morning and that was :eek:
 
I decided to dust off butts and guts. I was walking like I was a cowboy for two days, and that was with the standing part only! Isn't it great to feel the burn after you haven't felt it in a while?
 
I just finished working with ME ~ I hate the low-end lunges. :mad: And the high -end crunches. :mad: :mad: And the leg presses never end! :mad: :mad: :mad:

It's a great workout. :D
 
Love it!

I just did ME last week for the first time in a few months and it is one of my favorites! I love the music, the energy, everything about it! I feel so worked out afterwards...and for several days later:)
 
I love ME. What always amazes me is how bad my inner thighs hurt after and there's not any plie squats in the dvd. And leg presses used to be one of my fave exercises until I got muscle endurance!:eek:
