I did Cardio Kicks yesterday for the first in a very very long time. I had forgotten how sore the punching drills make my upper body. My bra line area is so sore today, that I can barely wear my bra. I have actually changed 3 times trying to find a loose fitting one as I'm so uncomfortable. I hope it is better by tomorrow. I should start throwing in the punching drill section at least once week to help in this area.
