Others like Muscle Endurance

Of Cathe's other workouts, which are most like Muscle Endurance? I love that workout but I want variety too. :)
 
Venus~do you have Power Hour? It is a great endurance workout. It works one muscle group to a whole song! It's a Cathe must! (Aren't they all?)

I second Power Hour. I like that one even more than ME.
 
I like CTX-UB split. I know it only works your upper body but Cathe really helps you with your endurance there. Tough workout. If you're one to double up your workouts in a day, you can pair CTX-UB split with LL. Or you can do LL the next day. Either way, these workouts will leave you feeling like jelly.:) CTX-UB split is a compilation of the weight workouts in the CTX series, so there is no warm-up. I use the warm up in PS-CST or that in CTX-kickbox for this one.
