Did you check out the new Drill Max DVD? It uses the step, but only 1 of the 6 drills is step-based (and extremely basic and easy to follow). For the others, it's more of a prop. Most of the cardio segments are floor based and NOT kickboxing. Very different. It's also a circuit-type workout with weights. Check out the preview on the home page, maybe it's just what you're looking for!
