I love your site and am a new fan of your videos and am soon to own all of them. We lovingly refer to your videos as "Cathe Killers" because they are a cut above the rest and effective, I must say.
My question is this: I am an avid rock climber and backpacker. My husband and I plan our vacations around these activities. Our next trip is in a few weeks to Yosemite. I want to know if you think that in preparation for such hard core activities, if I would be "over-doing it" to get in two full-body weight work outs a week along with two climbing sessions (ranging from 1 to 2 hours). I am also taking long walks with my backpack weighing about 60 pounds. Does this constitute a weight and a cardio workout? Do you have any suggestions about how to incorporate your videos (I have all but a few early step videos)along with my vacation training?
