Hi ladies i just found the super sets and push pull premixes from another gals post. Did Cathe post premixes for all the other DVD's? I like to copy them and have them for quick reference. If she did and dingy me can't find them could one of you please be so kind as to show me where they are. I would greatly appreciate it:7 :7 :7 Thanks bunches Tricia
