Hi all,
Which sites do you use to track your food and nutrition? I've been using Fitnesspal.com but not so sure it's the perfect one for the more fitnessy people. For example, I am upping my protein and cutting back on carbs (not cutting out- just cutting back). So, apparently I'm like 160 grams short on carbs and already over on protein at only 67 grams. etc. etc..
