OT/ yahoo e-mail

Does anyone have and use yahoo's e-mail? I have it and when I try to log onto my account it keeps coming up blank with "Do you Yahoo?" at the top of the blank page? does any have this problem?

I just tried my Yahoo...after I signed on the next screen wouldn't come up so I clicked on "reload"...then it came up fine.......Carole
