Hi Everyone
I've just ordered PP/SS & Power Hour dvds - really excited and can't wait for them to arrive.
My question is this...have you found you've got better results sticking to an all weight rotation or a cardio/weight rotation.
I seem to be at a weight/lean muscle gain plateau at the moment (doing cardio/weights mix 6x week for the last 6 weeks) and wondered if it would be a good idea to switch to an all weight rotation????
