Order never received, no response

I purchased a video in December and was charged for it(including the shipping fee) on Dec.10th and have yet to receive it.

My online account at Cathe's shows that my order is pending.

I've called the number on the website and was told someone would call me back. No one ever did. I called again this morning and was told I should send another email as that is what she would have to do.

I've emailed four times in the last two weeks and have received no reply.

Not Cathe or SNM but would love an answer to this I recently placed an order and received confirmation but when I check my account is says that the order is pending. I don't know if this is usual as all my previous orders were during presales and they don't show up.

Sorry you're having problems. We use a ticketing system that lets me view all customer support emails and our response times. We only show a total of three emails from you. One was about 72 hours ago and was answered the next day. The other two emails were from today and Nancy also answered those through outlook figuring your computer might be blocking or filtering emails from our ticket system.
When you contact us at [email protected] you will automatically receive an automated email response along with a ticket number. If you don’t receive a ticket number you know either we did not receive your email or your system is blocking our response. Usually,in cases like these you need to either check and adjust your junk mail folder or if you’re using a spam filter or firewall make sure to allow emails from us Hopefully, you received the replies from today’s emails.
