i wanted to know what everyones thoughts were on the best 5 day a week rotation? I like to take off saturday and sunday. Would it be:
mon:upper
tuesday:cardio
wednesday:lower
thursday:cardio
friday:upper or full body
if friday's is upper again, then next week i would do 2 lower body's and one upper.
or.....
monday:upper w/ 15min HITT
tuesday: lower w/ 15 min HITT
wednesday: cardio only
thursday: upper w/ HITT
friday: lower w/ HITT
or.....
monday: full body/circuit with 15 min HITT
tuesday: cardio
wednesday: legs
thursday: cardio
friday: full body/circuit with 15 min HITT
i have no more than 90 min to workout on these days. i'm looking for the most time efficient workout. i don't really have any weight to loose and i'm happy with my muscle size. i'm looking for mantainance. thanks
 
I'm no expert but bumping this for you in case someone has an answer. Just based on personal preference, I'd vote for the first one.
 
I don't have an answer for you, but I would either go for the first one (based on simplicity) or the second (because I love HIIT and I love adding a little cardio onto weight days) I don't know what the difference would be in results, though. I'd go for whichever one you find to be more fun!
