Which Cathe total body weights workout (can include premixes) would provide the best strength gains?

Pyramid total body bonus premix?
Muscle Max?
Push Pull?
MIS?
Any others that I have forgotten?
 
For me, I saw strength gains by using Push/Pull's Upper Body 3x's premix. I would do this in a pyramid fashion. For example, with this premix, you do three sets of bench presses. I would use 30# for the first set, 25# for the second, and 20# for the third set. But that is upper body only.

As for total body, I think Muscle Max is your best bet.

I was thinking Muscle Max, but I don't do it often because I'm not keen on the band. I like the idea of pyramiding pushpull premixes as well.

I'd say MIS or MM (though I recommend putting longer breaks between some sets and especially between body parts in MM for best results).
