Opinion on Rotation

I can't seem to find a rotation I'm happy with while waiting for the new DVDs to arrive :O I just keep changing every wk or two and can tell that the lack of consistency is slowing down my progress.

I think my goal with this one is to keep from loosing my mind while waiting :O and to continue to tone, esp. upperbody.

Here it is:
Mon -- S&H Shoulders/Legs
Tues -- PS Back/Bis/Abs
Wed -- PS Chest/Shoulders/Tris
Thur -- Cardio
Fri -- PH
Sat -- Cardio

I try to keep my workouts an hour or less because I'm getting up at 6am already.

Just curious, but why you are doing 1 S&H tape and 2 PS tapes? You are working your shoulders 3x's a week, does this bother you? I might try doing 3 days of cardio, 2 split days, and then 1 total body day:
Mon. Cardio
Tue. PS CST&BBA (this is about 60 min, you can always skip the abs and do them later in the day, or after a cardio workout the next day)
Wed. Cardio
Thu. Legs (either S&H Legs and then the floor work from another tape or PS SLA)
Fri. Cardio
Sat. Power Hour
Sun. Rest
This will give each of your muscle groups a strength day and an endurance day, plus, it will provide a good amount of cardio conditioning (which it sounds like we're gonna need once our Intensity Series DVDs arrive!) Have fun!

Thanks for the reply, Jillybean :) I am not happy with my arms at all. I want nice shoulders. Is three times / wk too often to work them? That's the reason for combining S&H and PS but if it's not a good idea, then I can change it.

I also thought the leg routine on S&H legs might do something more for my legs. They look like drumsticks (chicken legs!) with all the weight in the very upper thigh area; skinny calves and ankles :O

BTW, you mentioned needing more cardio to prepare for the new series :) Does PowerHour affect anyone else like a cardio? I love it because it wipes me out and has me sweating puddles. I start out freezing and end up with a fan blowing on me!
