opinion on body blast rotation

Hi Cathe and those lucky enough to have the Body Blast vhs series!

Can you please tell me what you think of this as a possible rotation?

M Step, Jump, & Pump
T Push/Pull
W StepBlast
Th Supersets
Fri Legs and Glutes
Sat Kick Punch, and Crunch
Sun - rest

Kickboxing always feels good after a hard lower body workout for me, and I was trying to avoid doing the step workouts back to back. Those of you that already have done these workouts, what do you think?

I'm so excited about getting the new series I can hardly contain myself!!

Thanks,
Liz

I think that looks really good. I did a rotation that separated the "leg presses" so that they were not back-to-back too. I added approximately 30 minutes cardio to the days that I did PushPull, Supersets, and Legs and Glutes. So my rotation has been:

Sunday: Push Pull, run 30 minutes
Monday: Kick, Punch & Crunch
Tuesday: Supersets, 30 minutes Elliptical trainer
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Legs and Glutes, run 30 minutes
Friday: Step, Jump and Pump
Saturday: Step Blast

This week was pretty much the same, except sometimes I would use CTX cardio instead of running, and a couple of times with Supersets or Push Pull I used the first half of Step Blast or SP&J. Anyhow....that is what I did with it and it was FUN!!!

Thanks for the rotation idea!

The only thing I might change would be to move Supersets to Sat and scoot L&G to Th and KPCrunch to Fri so as not to work the legs with weights 2 days in a row.

That would be a good way to do it!

Thanks for the excellent suggestion Rhiannon!

Linda: I like the idea of using CTX as additional cardio. Thanks for that one too.

I can't wait till I get my DVDs!!!!
