I didn't mean to, but I really wanted the Step Blast/SJP DVD - which led to Legs & Glutes - which led to Rhythmic Step - which led to PowerMax. I'm done this time...really...I mean it...I promise...

Hmmm....maybe just crosstrain express...and then I'll be done...I mean it....I promise...LOL!!!!

I made this promise too and now I have all the dvd of cathe and I have preordered the 11 hardcore.first I said I only want to try these workouts and I decideed to buy the timesaver and the ctx.They are so marevollus that I ordered the dvd with SB/SJP and the dvd with KPC /L&G.I have a problem:I have my favorites cathe workouts(Bootcamp, the three terminator,my loved boot camp,SB,SJP;KPC,MIC and cardio kicks,IMAX 2,Power Hour, The pyramids)but I like all the workouts.All deserve the money.I have not found a workout that regret have bought.my credit card has been burning during a long time and after all this work it is going to rest, untill cathe will make new workouts;-)

LOL, oh boy do I know what you mean!!!! By the way you are going to LOVE L&G, the first time I completed it I almost crawled out of my basement:D I've heard lots of good things about SB/SJP so I have my eye on that one as well...let us know how you like it! I have a feeling Jo is right, we are just getting started}( LOL!

Stayfit....I know you love MIC so i wanted to ask you......I am generally not a big fan of anything hi -lo because it kills my knees and ankles so i was wondering if it was still worth adding to my collection (I know it is broken down into several sections). Will I still be able to get a really good workout without the hi-lo??

MIC is a great workout with or without the hi/lo. If you want to eliminate the hi/lo, just do the warm-up and the step portion and it is still quite a challenging cardio workout.

Yes MIC it is fantastic cardio workot with or without the hi/low.The hi/low is my fovourite part.You can do the step part only with the cold down and strecht.The step coreography is easy to learn anf fun to do but it is so much hard after the 35 minutes of hi/low.
