OoOoOo~Clean/Tidy/Manic/Wednesday~oOoOoO

Hi Everyone,

Just a quick hello. I did Max Cardio Conditioning and Insane Abs this morning. I have another week and half left in this rotation. I am thinking of doing FF Dec 09 rotation next month but I want to see what Cathe has in store first. I have a million things going on so I need to run but I just wanted to say hi.

great bfast & im jealous of your walk! i wanted to today but its awfully drizzly & i didnt feel like going out in it and soaking the beco.
all new bathroom? thats great jj slept thru it! i take it hes doing better now? j wakes up 1x - usualy in the eraly am hrs. nurses and goes back to sleep very easy. i usually conk out holding her.:D
youre too sweet:eek::eek::eek::eek:. ive got great skin but awful6pack!:p i cant even remember the last zit i got. was prob right after i had ju - thanks, hormones! 1/yr - cant complain!:D
the cath ts are VERY fitted.:eek:
whenever we have dessert its always in bed after dds go to sleep.:D

Klaudia i hate stiff necks, it feels like your whole body is stiff. good idea for subst teacher job.

Becky too much computer time..what's that? when i worked in a veterans hospital i used the computer way too much. I'm surprised i did not get fired. What kind of bike do you have...spinner?

Nina hang in there. This economy sucks. I agree with Klaudia maybe look into a part time thing until something better comes along.

Wendy can you show us before and after pics of your bathroom. What colors?

my friend was having a fundraiser. So i brought stuff from Tastefullysimple.com She said it was a good way to raise money.I brought balsamic and basil dipping oil...which i thought was dressing for salad.:rolleyes:

Well my friend never showed up for the playdate-or called to let me know they weren't coming:( No worries though! Nevena and I had a fun time-picnic lunch, a walk down the pier, and ice cream at a little bakery in town:) I'm proud to say I had none! Found this charming new store that sells handmade soaps, artwork, jewelry and offers all sorts of art classes in back. The owner's husband is a fitness trainer at our local rec center-boxing, running, kids' fitness, etc. I've been wanting to take one of his boxing classes for a while and he was working in the store today and told me to come in for a free class! He has Abs/Glutes on tap for tonight-I may just go! We had a great talk about trying to grow the rec center and I told him I love fitness and he said, "I can tell-you're in great shape." Blush!

Wendy, I'm jealous of your redo-we need to finish our master and start on the other two bathrooms. Who knows when dh will ever find the time-he's goingto be painting my mom's and grandma's houses this fall. Sigh. I added more broth. It was not too salty at all. Great workout! I'm not a cardio fan either-necessary evil that.

Robin, I can't even turn my head:( I'm going to take a Motrin. Thank goodness my wrist eased up. I used to buy Tastefully Simple-the Beer Bread is good!

kate, great wo, and yeah for no zits!! aidan still gets up once real early then nurses (the only time a day now) and goes back down, usually 5 mornings out of 7.

colleen, how was your wo?

angie, i wear little makeup if any but have used otc mineral wear. it is light, and i like it. i bet you do not need any, though.

wendy, what is jj short for? great menu! are you always so disciplened? (she says with envy in her voice;))?

i set up another meeting for friday for some possible relief/parttime work. possible, anyways, not for sure. if it does not pan out, i will use the month of october to volunteer in the animal er toget my foot in the door and start picking up shifts possibly in november. i do not feel like i have the time to volunteer, but i cannot really afford not to at this point. the substitue teaching is a great idea. i will fall back on that if the er does not work at all. i just did b and g standing work, and then i had a smoothie. it was very low in cals but filled me up nicely, so no munchie urges!! today will be tidy, i am happy to say. bbiab

Nina, I hope somehting opens up for you soon for work. In the meantime, give those boys a hug for me!:D The volunteer work could open up some great thing for you.

Robin my bike right now is recumbant. I want a spinning bike BAD !! I am just starting to look around . Anyone know anything about them ??

Breakfast : protein pancake
Lunch : huge salad with hard boiled eggs, pumpkin seeds and raisins
getting ready to make a smoothie (am deciding between a fruit smoothie which I SHOULD have , or a chocolate pb coffee smoothie, which I really want ! ha)
Dinner : will be........burrito made with veggie crumbles /lettuce/nonfat yogurt/tomatoes
 
Becky, I know less than zero about spinning!
Can you have half of each smoothie and save the rest for tomorrow?:p

Getting a lot of ironing done and ABS TOO!!!! On a break right now!:p words cannot express how much I loathe ironing. :p:p:p
 
Nina,
I kind of change it up , but one I really like is :

1/2 cup chocolate soy milk , 1/2 cup strong coffee, a frozen banana sliced up, 1 or 2 T. peanutbutter , blend and add ice if you want it thicker.

I also make it with all soy milk, and 1 to 2 teaspoons of instant espresso.
Sometimes I leave out the pb....
sometimes I add flaxseeds.
 
ohmyword, im gonna have to try that! minus the coffee - blech!:p
mike tries to get me to drink coffee, but no thanks!
 
I make it w/o coffee too ! Just use a cup of soy milk. Very yummy. and not TOO bad for you. ; ) of course every now & then I put a little lite Readi Whip on top and drizzle hersheys dark chocolate syrup.... but ......NOT often !!!
 
Hi ladies! I'm feeling super stressed right now. So many things going on and I haven't even eaten lunch. Eugh. I took the Fit Test this morning from Insanity. Cardio crazy workouts! Anyway, I promise, promise to get back on later tonight when my head isn't spinning to do personals.
