Good morning, ladies!! We are so close to the weekend, I can almost feel it -- YAY!

How did Halloween go for everyone? What are you planning to handle all those leftover goodies hanging around?

I purposely did not get up this morning to work out -- I am just too sick and tired today. I am craving some really fun step cardio, but I just don't think my congested airways and gunky lungs could handle it today. I think I have a sinus infection, I will also the doctor today -- I have an appt first thing this morning.

I will try to squeeze in some abs and stretching later.

I am running out of groceries, so I am not really sure what I will be eating. Since I am not working out today, I shouldn't require as much food....

PS, Kate, I did not eat a peanut butter cup yesterday, but I did eat one cookie and it was GOOD!
 
Really cute boy Katie I wished that we lived close together he could have came to my house. Around 8 pm anyone who rang my bell got double treats and YES I got rid of all that candy. :D


Today I tried to do another premix (#11 low Impact Circuit) but it had too much equipement. So I did LIS and Core section.

Katie - What a cute little *stinker*! ^5 to you on the awesome will power! Hope you get feeling better.

Robin - Good for you on getting rid of all of the candy. I guess I'm glad we don't get trick-or-treaters - I don't have to buy candy and keep it around! ...Sometimes I don't feel like dragging out a bunch of equip. either. That's when kickbox and hilo come in real handy!

I'll be starting the Nov. rotation tonight!

Hi Colleen - Good planning for your day!

I had a very filling energy bar for snack so now I'm undecided about my lunch. See what I get for not sticking to my plan?!:) It was definetly clean but I hate when I'm not actually hungry at meal time.

I had a few treats last night, but I am back on track today. Kids had dentist appts. this morning. I plan on doing ASC - Amy Bento. I wish that I preordered ASCII. I don't know what I was thinking.

Colleen, Did you preorder all 3 of Amy's? I love Slo-Mo so far. I've done legs and chest, bis & tris. I plan on doing back and shoulders tomorrow. I like slo-mo legs better than 4DS legs. I like the chest, triceps & bicep work in both series equally. I tried a premix of hi/lo yesterday and loved it!

Katie, Your son is sooo adorable! I hope you feel better soon! How did you do yesterday with the water challenge? I did great! Better than I did with clean or tidy eating.

Kate, How are little ones today? They've been sick for a while. What kind of energy bar did you have?

Robin, I really like Amy Bento. I find her challenging and fun! So far,I really like her new series very much! Good job getting rid of the candy!

I might join the November rotation too. I'm not sure yet. I really like Amy's new series and I should receive Tracey's next week or so. We'll see.

Shirl! You lucky lady! Tons of new workouts to do - the classes you teach are gonna get whupped into shape for sure!

My energy bar was from a local bread store that makes all of their own everything. All natural, all whole grains, ALL GOOD!

I just finished day 1 of the Nov. rot. So sweaty, so good. DDs were grossed out how sweaty I was. They did some of it w/ me. So very cute to see a 3-yo. do step! Wish I could post a video of it!

Still not sure what's for dinner, but getting to workout in the middle of the day always keeps me extra motivated!
 
Thanks for the compliments on my little stinker, everyone! He is my angel (or devil, depending on the day)!

Today went well, food wise, even though I didn't really have a plan this morning. I did eat a bite of Collin's grilled cheese sandwich tonight (full fat cheese, but ww bread and light mar.), and one cookie. I feel pretty good about it overall.

Here is something cool that happened -- I had to go to the doctor this morning (check up on some meds that I am on). Since I was there one month ago, I have lost FIVE POUNDS! WOOOOHOOOO!! Oh yeah, and I have a sinus infection.

I did order all 3 Amy Bento workouts. I did ASCII yesterday and just loved it. I just looked at the Nov. rotation and I may not do it. I was hoping that Cathe would add some of the premixes into the rotation.
