I gotta tell ya!
I am new at doing Cathe. Soooooo new I started tonight. I did about 10 min of MIS for the first time and I was knocked off my feet!
I am about 150 lbs overweight. My goal is to reach 135 someday! I watched MIS several times (about 5 times) to get an idea of what I'm in for and an idea of how much I can do. I know my limits - that's why I stopped at 10 minutes. I know I gotta do this slow so I don't get discouraged or anything. I know at some point - I will be able to do more - but I'm taking 1 step at a time.
I plan on doing MIS (what I can anyways) and Cardo 3 times a week. For Cardo (and please don't laugh) ;-) I'll be doing Susan Powter Burn Fat and Get Fit. I figured for a newbie - that would be a good Cardo tape to start out with and besides - it was free since I got it from one of my sisters. ;-)
As I get more fit I will chose something more advanced.
