<---tells Missy that <---loves the original Willy Wonka but also loves Johnny Depp so figured new Wonka would be good. BLECH! <---didn't like it at all but appears to be in the minority!
<---just finished IMAX 3 6-10 premix and All Step Abs.
<---was supposed to do Coremax but wasn't feeling it today.
<---is supposed to do Stretchmax but doesn't have the time today.
<---needs to shower before <---'s DS wakes up from nap.
<---waves goodbye to all of her girlie's until later on!:)
 
<---thinks you all are going to be so suprised if we all get to Cathe's roadtrip
<---has a huge butt and large jiggely thighs
<---can do just about any Cathe workout on 8" step and almost go weight to weight (sometimes higher, but not as high as some of you super-lifters)

<--- had puree of parsnip and cumin soup, and a salad of warm beets, poached pear and goat cheese and toasted walnuts

<--- would like to leave work early today
<--- has to get the boss to leave, then she can go

<---is working in a ghost town, all bosses and half of coworkers have left early
