...YOU guys will understand. I just finished L&G's all the way thru!!!! Me, the one who has been whining to you all for the past 5 months about my hamstring/knee injury. :-( I did modify or replaced a few exercises with something else, but did the WHOLE thing. This was after spinning for 30 minutes! I have felt a big improvement in my leg the past two days. (Shhhhhh, I don't want to say that too loud and have a setback.) Anyways, I just wanted to share with you all as I know you know what this means. I hope & pray that I can continue. I will keep you posted. I start back to teaching my Hi/lo classes this Monday after a 3 1/2 week break trying to heal myself. Please say extra prayers that I am on my way to recovery. It has been soooo long since I did a Cathe LB tape and it felt soooo good. Thanks guys for letting me gush!
