I copy and paste the list of exercises into an Excell format I've created. I include the premix list and their times too. When the User Guide comes out, I'll include the weights Cathe uses & there are places for me to record my weights used & the dates. HTH.

Actually since STS2.0, I prefer copying from the Workout Manager as I find it less cumbersome to remove all the formatting that comes from copying the User Guide into my Excel template. There's still some stuff I remove from the WM, like the word "Chapter" & the numbers, but the find & replace function works pretty well to help. Copying from the WM is easier to clean up than from the User Guide, at least for me and my format.

We're working our way through our list of things that we have to do to make the Workout Blender and Cathe OnDemand work as well as create The Lift, Move & Restore User's Guide. This is not a simple process and takes hundreds of hours of work to do.

The Workout Manager is actually the foundation for the Workout Blender you see on Cathe OnDemand. Both the Workout Blender and the Cathe OnDemand databases have to be completed before the User's Guide can be released because most of the information you see in the User's Guide is not entered manually by us, but instead flows from the database.

We have been working on this for the last several weeks, but we still have a lot of work to do. The User's Guide will come last not by choice, but because the Cathe OnDemand database has to be completed before we can connect the User's Guide to the Cathe OnDemand database.

We're working on all of this while we get ready to ship and release the Lift, Move & Restore DVDs and downloads. This will be followed by the release of the workouts on Cathe OnDemand and lastly, the release of the Lift, Move & Restore User's Guide. All of this will be going on in the middle of the Thanksgiving Holiday, so it may take a little longer than normal.
