I just wanted to share this with you guys.
Because of my horrible allergies last Monday I started the "Fat Flash Diet" plan - what a misleading title - for the recommendation of a friend.
Basically no:
dairy
wheat
yeast
sugar
in the first 2 weeks. The dairy part was especially painful for me.Then came the hard part: shopping. Finding wheat free soy sauce... finding any kind of sugar free stuff... It seems that everyting has wheat, yeast and sugar in this country! But after spending a fortune in different health food stores I think that the first week was a succes.
My allergies got noticable better. Even my family mentioned that I don't sneeze that much anymore. No more watery and itchy eyes. Morning face puffiness is gone. Even though I'm not doing it for weight loss I lost about 3 lb. I do feel great.
The original plan is about a 1000 cal a day, and I can't function on that. I added about 500-700 cal a day but still strictly sticking to the allowed foods.
I'm really looking for the second week. Mari
