One thing I REALLY like about Shock Cardio . . .

. . . is the increased utilization of body-weight exercises for cardio: those jumps forward into squat-thrusts and jacks, those 3-count mountain climber kicks in MMA Fusion, the Sprawl and Jab (boy, that makes 40 seconds seem like a lonnnnnnnngggggggggg time), the walking plank push-ups, etc. And let's not even talk about the roll-back / explodes up and those roll-backs exploding into push-ups. I'm even finding now that if I DON'T have more of those in my workouts I don't feel like I'm working very hard!

I do hope that these continue to be prominent in future cardio series; I find them so effective while at the same time giving my leg muscles a bit of a break!

I also LOVE LOVE LOVE the wide high-knee runs in HiiT 30/30! Would dearly love to see more of those, AND a return of the forward-running suicides from 4DS-BC! (Really enjoy speed drills!)

Anyway, thanks again for SCS, Cathe! LOVE YA!

Those roll-back jump up things are insane! You wouldn't think such a "simple" move would be so challenging, but holy cow!!
