Hello everyone,
I just wanted to share this workout that I did today. Add this when you need a boost. This was tough and I literally was dripping with sweat to the point of exhaustion. I've been inspired by the great rotations here on this forum, especially by Aquajock and Fitnessfreak366...Thanks ladies! Anyway, here goes:
Rhythmic Step + Boot Camp Cardio Premix + Boot Camp Core Premix
I don't know where I got this idea but maybe I saw something similar to it on this forum. I realize that I often forget to add some premixes or do them, so this is what I came up with today.
