**ONE DAY AT A TIME FOR 2013**

I did Imax 3 premix of step only and then i did legs premix of standing chair and ball. Imax step only was easy and only 31 minutes it was perfect to,get me ready for legs.

Wed. was a rest day & yesterday also wound up being a rest day too
The phone line went down yesterday before noon which means no internet & didn't come back til after 6 pm

Hi ladies, Haven't been working out - life intervened, & I'm not sure I'll be able to work out this evening, either. Oh, well...
Today is our 21st wedding anniversary. My DH got me an Ipad! I was totally bowled over! He said it was Christmas, Valentine's & Anniversary all in one. Now I think I'll be able to download Cathe workouts & take them with me! At least, I'm hoping so!
Caitlin: Good to see you back! Did you have a good time with your kickboxing?
Cathy: I was super afraid you'd hurt your back with shovel max - I hope you're feeling OK!
Renee: Sounds like you keep chugging away! Good on ya! You're keeping us all motivated!

No no excuses! Lol i think that is wonderful u got an ipad! Let me kknoow how that goes,, i downloaded a plyo legs thinking i can convert to dvd... Noooo my computer is in my room no room to exercise. Im frustrated i bought dvds i bought cord to go from my computer, and my tv i doesnt reach, 39 dollars! I took it back wanting a longer cord, 144 dollar cord. That 9 dollar wo is getting expensive! Needless to say i diidnt buy cord. Iim mad. Thanks Jane

Cathy hi. I really havnt been able to benefit from extra cccardio cause i keep needing to "catch up" buut yesterday i was to do hs from thurs and tac it on to fri cest back shoulders. I went for a light jog instead of hs and i did my chest back shoulders so im caught up again. Today is tabata i think. Or sc not sure till i look.

Hi ladies. Yesterday evening I did XTrain Bi's & Tri's & today I did Lower Body Blast including the floor work & leg conditioning drills. Oh, did clean max, too :rolleyes:

We are watching nascar to! Lol DH likes tony stewart and i like jimmy johnson simply cause he is very cute.
I have went to church today then ipreacher was over to play music. Fun he left 730 , i have a back ache n knees hurt. No workout for me tomorrow picking back up on it. Wow Jane! Im so freaking proud of you! Wtg! Love it!
 
Too funny! My DH likes JImmie Johnson,too! I like Dale, Jr. & Jimmie Johnson. Church for me tomorrow. I'm glad you're taking a break since you're in pain.
 
Supercuts yesterday.
Tabata,tooday. Got to move stuff around so thurs will b my new rest day cause the bible study is changed from fri to thurs. N my rest day is usualy tues. Well we will see. Bbl for dettails
 
Saturday was a 53 min walk
Sunday was 52 min of body weight + knee exercises & stretch
Monday was a 52 min dance + 29 min stretch
Today was 40 min body weight + 24 min add ons for legs + 18 min stretch

We had snow & gusting winds over the weekend & we are back into a "deep freeze" Hoping it will end soon!

I did XTrain Chest, Back & Shoulders the other night, & tonight I did Burn Sets Bi's & Tri's. I'm going to my dad's on Friday & staying until Monday afternoon. I have Bible Study tomorrow night, so I guess that'll be all for me this week.

Hi Jane you did great, i love biis n tris. I went up in weight finaly on that one! From 10 to 12 for all bis burns sets. Yaaa ... Lol i know thats nott heaavy coompared too some.
Ya so i have bible study tomorrow as well. So Caitlin, Cathy, and Jane what is ur ideas, for the greatest hits dvd? Im still thinking and tossed out some ideas too but not sure yet my picks. Humm

Renee, that's great! I'm up to 12 on some Bi's, but not all. I still have to use my 10's on some of them. If I go any heavier, my elbow doesn't like it. My chiropractor didn't want me to go any heavier than 5 on biceps. That ain't happening! LOL
Had a nice long break since I had a long weekend at my dad's. I did Burn Sets Chest, Back & Shoulders yesterday evening.

I'm so excited that Cathe is FINALLY doing a dancy step video! Yay!!!!:D I've been waiting a long time for that!

Im very happy cathe is doing new videos and even more happy its two of them with step i lpve both she decribed. Also loving she has the one kinda kpc meets Hardstrikes who hoo so excited DH says no i cant preorder this time :( but i am anyway..not sure how im gonna without him knowing but i am!
I did clb today and added cbs disk 1 premix of a timesaver. I was behind one day so that kunda made up for it. Yesterday was supose to b cbs but work late and family stuff again. But any way i feel somewhat better today cause i got it done now trying to clean house.

Thanks, Renee! I have to admit that it is hard to keep starting over, but the alternative is to just sit & vegetate... You're doing great with all your workouts that I saw posted on FB! Tonight I did 4DS Bi's & Tri's. That's a good little workout. My dad is doing OK, I think. He's very lonely, but I'm so proud of him - he joined a gym! He goes 3 days a week. It's giving him something to focus on. He showed me around & introduced me to his trainer. If I already mentioned this, I apologize. It's my busy season at work, so I haven't been checking out the posts & who can remember what I posted a few days ago? LOL. Thanks for praying for my dad. I'm praying for yours, too. How is he doing?

Oh i cant remember what i posted either. Lol i have three threads now and well it gets confusing what and who i said where ... Im so happy ur dad is exercising! Wow.. How old is he? And u know that is probly what hes thinking, he doesnt want to sit and veggetate! Also could it be ur healthy lofestyle is influencing him? And ur right, its ok to keep starting over cause well we dont have any other choice. I think its more painful on my body and joints to sit then to move around! I love to feel my body moving cause some days i feel the skiny me in there lol. I can feel alive each time i get up and move. Thats why im glad i found this site! People feel the same way. Its so not about skinny or looking good its about feeling good, feeling alive! I am so proud of u, i know it hasnt been easy. Im still going through stuff. Well anyway ill stop chatting for now lol.. Oh i did bis n tri and aolih.

Im sickk of winter to ! I have to confess this wintwr i go to my bed arouund 730! I used to never do that. Im not sleeping but yes im snugglling in covers. Terrible i know but since it gets dark fast j dont feel i have alot to look forward to.

I did ride today. Had to rest my calf. Pulled a muscle i think.

Mon. was a Brisk Walk w/dogs & Strong Knees(floor & stretch) & finished with a short stretch
Tue. was a longer walk w/dogs
Wed. was a short walk
Thu. was pilates & stretch
Fri. was a short walk
Sat. was short cardio, short leg & short upper w.o. & yoga
Sun. was some house max for a visit from DS, DIL & GD

I was telling DH on the weekend how long the winter has been & wishing for spring

I usually have to give my calfs an extra stretch a little later after the w.o. as they seem to tighten up then

Super job on ur wos as well. Oh cant reemember, did u preorder her new ones coming out? I did of course...i couldnt resist!
Week 10 starts tomorrrow. I have not lost any weight its my eating ii know.. I have gott to stop stufffing my face. I think it is emotional eating. I feel bored sad lonly depressed and feel sad, so this makes me want to eat, after i go to bed .. Whats wrong! Uhhb.. I know better. I think im going to stop mfp counting caloriies, no since in it if i eat after i finished logging them in.. I need to concentrate on not eating after 6 and try to stay asleep. I think that alone will make the scale move. It has to.
Today is rest day tomorrow is cbs thats good cause my calf still hurts some not to walk on it like yesterday but to jump on,toes it still hurts some soo it will give an additional day of rest on legs.
