**ONE DAY AT A TIME FOR 2013**

I am very short, so I have to keep myself under 120, and it is very hard to do that. I am still building up so today, I only did 35 minutes of step, and I had to do it on six inch step because I am not totally better. When I see my internist on Thursday, I am going to ask him to give me another round of antibiotics because I was so incredity sick that I was flat on my back for about a week. I began to do my arms, but I could not complete so I just did my back and no triceps or biceps. I probably will not be able to work out today, as I have a doctor's appointment at one thirty, and I might be totally beat after taking car service there, and then I have to walk over a half mile to get back to where I live. This doctor's appointment is for getting sleeping medicine and anxiety. My kind neighbor who first took me the doctor said I might even be a candidate for the emergency room. I hate the emergency room, but I think that I was so so sick that I took the antibiotics the wrong way. He said he would try to drive me there tomorrow, but he is very sick himself himself. You know what I said about Jabba the Hutt, who just sits and smokes all day and does not even clean her own house. Her partner John has to come and clean the place after working all day. I did my wooden floor today on my hands and knees, and I also did the kitchen floor that way. After doing all of that and taking care of my own place, I have to try to take car service to the doctor, take car service to the pharmacy, and then I cleaned the floors in my house on my hands and knees. I have a Bruce hardware floor that got flooded and it broken, and I did the entire floor with Murphy's on my hands and knees. My doctor's appointment on Thursday is to get pain killers which I cannot take every day, but my kind friend told me to get the stronger pills, and he would drive me out to Long Island to get the pills. His back also hurts a lot, and the V.A. won't give him pain pills unless he is in the hospital. I was very worried about him, and he was five days in the hospital himself. I saw him today, and he looked exhausted, and he could not promise to drive me to my anti anxiety doctor tomorrow. He said he would try, but I am not counting on it, as he looked so totally exhausted from being sick and from being in the hospital. When he saw that I was so sick, he wanted to take me to the emergency room, but I hate the emergency room so much, that I just got the antibiotics which I think I did not take correctly because I was so sick. So when I see my internist on Thursday, he told me to get the stonger pain pill, and he would drive me out to Long Island to set up the first visit, and then you only have to do it through the mail to get better. I was so worried about him, and he looked kind of lousy, so I knew he was still sick. This is the first time in about five years that I was sick like I was. Thank you all for reading.

so sorry (((Catlin))) you sound like you are in horrible shape, and you are getting your exercise for sure..

Hello Renee

As I am single now, and I have to pay property taxes, it is very hard for me to get up the money for Xtrain. My doctor's appointment is not until three today, so I might try some easy kickboxing. I found 4 pound weighted gloves on amazon for a cheap price, but my computer is on the fritz now and I bought another two from Ebay cheap, so I have to wait until I get the new tower, which is supposed to come between the tenth and the sixteenth. I have to keep my doctor's appointment today, as I think I might need anotyer round of anitbiotics. If it comes today, I will just have to wait until tomorrow. I might try an easy kickboxing today, and is it High Reps that used the bands? I just received the bands yesterday. I will just do as much of it as I can. Hello to all your wonderful people

Tuesday was a 32 min walk & yesterday was a 37 min. walk!

Hi catlin i hope ur feeling up to exercise again full force. Sounds like u are struggling.

Cathy so xtrain just came in? Man i hope u get to try it at least. Im loving the weight workouts... Up my ally for she i feel every one of the dvd can accomadate a beg/int or int/ adv and super advanced. I mean i think Cathe thought of evetyone and tried to accomadate all. I dont know how she did it. I mean i dont think a beg can do hardstrikes without stopping for a brake or like clb theyd have to take brakes but i can see a beginner/ intermedite making it,work. But i can see super advanced making it for them as well. Love it.
 
Also.. Jane i really miss hearing from u. I know things take time and i understand, but in case u stop in to read i want you to know im still thinking and praying for u. And i can feel ur pain for sure. But want u to know we havnt forgotten u. I look at out thread everyday hoping to see ur name. Lol its like u miss a smiling face! So take ur time but hurry back! Lol joking.. Hugs!
 
Hello to all you wonderful people

My internist gave me a very strong antibiotic, and I feel better already. The kicker is that my DVD play broke, and I have to get a new one tonight. My neighbors picked me up from the drugstore, thank God, so I did not have to walk home in the freezing cold. I bet I will be able to work out tomorrow, if I get the DVD player connected. I asked my friend to help me. I am technically challenged.

Oh, and I weighed myself and I am 120 when I should be 110. It is very hard to lose.

Hello ladies!
Thank you so much for thinking of me & keeping me in your prayers! I miss you guys, too! I've actually been trying to get back into working out. I started out with the beginning videos of step & body fusion. I got X-Train & have previewed all the workouts, but haven't tried any of them. I'm hoping to get back into the forums on a more regular basis & read up on all the reviews.
Again, thanks for all the good thoughts you've been sending my way!

I did legs today hardstrikes tomorrow. I did somewhat better on the reps today. I think im gonna use hubbys military duffle bag to add on the heavy bag tabata on to the 34 minute HS .. Hum wonder if it will work?
 
Hi all

The worst thing is that the DVD player did not come with a cable, so I have to pay over forty dollars for one. Then my TV is too old, and I had to order one for 80 dollars on Ebay, and it is coming on the 17th. It is over a up. I had a new client today, and he came for an interview, and I said the next time he came, I would do a fitness evaluation. I also told him he has to join a gym where I live so he can take me there. I think I have another one on Monday. I will have to work so hard. Somebody called tonight, but I had to help DS with something, and I missed out. Well I can't wait until the TV comes, and I can start working out again.
 
Catlin nice on having some clients! Thats a move in the right direction. Im happy about that im sure u r too.
I did hardstrikes today and added one and half tabatas lol. Next time i will add two tabatas no i dont have heavy bag, i used my military bag full of military cloths. Put it in a chair by wall but had my stability ball behind chair and a cabinet so i didnt scratch my wall. It worked some but my bag kept moving down lol.
I ate HORRIBLE today. Got to do better tomorrow.
 
Don't knock yourself over your weight.

I am staying up really late tonight, and I am going to the chaper with my good friend
Bill. I will pray for everybody, and my daughter, who is in terrible trouble, and my son. I get the new TV on the 17th, and then I can resume workouts.
 
Hi Renee and all

I am chapel as in Roman Catholic chaper, and I prayed for everybody I know and I stayed over an hour. Bill is a wonderful man, and I am so glad he is out of the hospital. I did not get to bed until three so I have to get more sleep.
 
I don't know where everybody is

I am going crazy without a DVD player and TV, and the new TV is coming on the 17th. I am also eating like crazy from frustration. At least, I had on personal training session last night and two on Saturday. I think I am going to get my nails and feet down now.
 
Im glad u gettn a tv! I had no tv for a couple weeks and i didnt mind except when i wanted to exercise! I think that is the only time i watch it unless it is once or twice a week. Lol

Today is my rest day yaaa, lol. I am not a sore this week for some reason. But i tok have ate like crap for two days now, it is also ttotm! I dont like that

Friday was a 34 min walk, & Saturday was a 32 min. walk & Sunday was a rest day!
Today was a 33 min.walk!

Renee: Congratulations on finishing week 2!:) Great on the tabatas!

Caitlin: Great on having new clients! I hope your new TV comes soon & you can resume your workouts!

If I'm not on for a day or two, it will mean I'm a little too busy too get on line but will be back as soon as I can!

Hi, all

It is supposed to come on the 17th but I hope it comes sooner. Oh, well. At least, I was able to keep a lid on my eating today. My old TV is so heavy I have to have somebody carry it out for me. I am only 5'1" and a little under 120 now, and I want to get down to 110. I also ordered four pound boxing gloves from amazon.

Renee - Way to go on following the X Train rotation! Yay! Don't stress too much since it's ttom - just vow to get back on-track once it's over!
Cathy - Glad to see you're keeping up with walks. How's it going with PT? Are you through that, or still going?
Over the weekend, I did Step Moves & Rhythmic Step, & did well, so Monday evening I finally tried an X Train workout. I did Chest, Back & Shoulders. Yesterday evening I did the All Out Low Impact Hiit & Core #1. I used light weights, but my elbow is acting up already - & that's after 2 months totally off! I was surprised by All Out Hiit - I was able to do it!!! :eek: Not sure what I'll try tonight. It feels good to be back!
