Hello ladies,
I did Intensity's Hi & Lo HiiTs yesterday evening. Unfortunately, I injured my back. It feels like a disc problem - it's not muscle. I've been icing it all day, & I'll go see my chiropractor on Monday. Meanwhile, I got out of cleaning the house this weekend!!! Gotta look on the bright side, right???

Needless to say, I didn't work out today, & will rest again tomorrow.
Renee: I usually go pretty light on weights in circuit workouts - 5 to 10 pounds. I start with 5, & see how it goes. I write down what weights I use & make notes as to whether I feel like I could have gone heavier, or need to go lighter next time. How's the foot after your jog?
Cathy: Any workouts scheduled for this weekend? Did you ever hear about PT? How's your back doing?
I saw that Kick Max was the Daily Deal of the Day, so I ordered it.
