Today was Push Pull Premix:Total Body & Yoga Relax Premix #2! I did sub child's pose on a couple of the down dogs!:)

Hhi i posted on wrong thread i think. Ooops. Well i tried to jog but was no good today. I did 1 mile jog 1 mile walk. Im payingg for it. Cant wait til i can actually work out again.
Greeat job on ur work out!

Today is back to winter:( I really wish it would make up it's mind!
Did IMAX 3 Premix 1-5 & KPC Premix #2 & Yoga Relax Premix #2:D

Renee: You didn't miss a post! There were Fire & Rescue vehicles out our way & I guess there was a party in the pits because about 50 cars were coming out the road & going in both directions on the main road! By the time that all quieted down it was late!:(
I'm wondering if you should do no jogging for the month to give your foot a chance to heal! Taking the time now may mean less down time in the future!;):)

Jane: Hope you're doing fine & I guess we'll see tomorrow:D

Cathy hope you had a great Easter! Yeah i guess i need to have the down time and no jogging at all.. im just afraid i guess it took so long to get back into exercise again... so im afraid i will get out of the habit I dont like to do just weight lifting i find that to be boring by itself. I want to see about going to some cycling classes maybe that will help it is just money is a lttle tight right now.. i know i will not be able to purchase a bike. Im thinking more along the lines of YMCA may be i can take classes once ina while there and it may not be to high. Ill let you all know how that goes.

I found one on Kijiji for $250.00 (Can. $) almost new!:) It's not fancy but gets the job done!:D

Cathy. Yes we are doing the kitchen ourselves. It is a project that is gonna take a while. It is just us doing it. I have been looking but never thought of the want ads. Good idea. I did look at walmart online n amazon. I just wish i can get on it and ck it out first.

No exercise again today. Still the foot problem . I hope this goes away soon.

Good afternoon, ladies! I hope you both had good Easters!
I missed you! It's good to get away, but it's always great to get back! My parents are doing well, thanks! I stayed for my friend's visitation, so I at least got to see the family. The funeral was today, but due to the office schedule, I had to be back to work.:(
Didn't get back until late yesterday, so I didn't get a workout in. Time to get back to it this evening! I'll do Push/Pull - don't know if I'll do a PreMix or what, but it will feel good to get back into the weight lifting.;)
I'm sorry to read that you've both been dealing with a lot of pain.:( Renee, I hope your thread got you some answers you could use about the PF.
On a side note, isn't it sad about Tosca Reno's husband, Robert Kennedy? I had no idea anything was wrong with him until she tweeted something over the weekend. What a shame!

I'm sorry to hear about Tosca's husband! I had been watching her show & thought towards the end of the season he was looking very tired, but then you think about their schedules & think it's why they look tired! It's really too bad!
Oxygen has helped a lot of people

Renee: Tosca Reno is a body builder & has also published books about clean diets etc. She is on FB & you can check her out there:)
As far as my pain, I have bulging discs on(in?) my spine right above the sacroiliac & it's picked this week to be painful:mad: I might have done something to aggrevate it though! I also have nerve damage in a shoulder which will be having an MRI in 10 days! Hopefully more answers:)

Im sorry Cathy I dont know who Tosca Reno is.. I did not hear what happened either can you tell me? I have not heard. I do not watch news latley.

Yes i did get some great responses. I did take some advice and i went today to get fitted for shoes. Im surprised they say i do not over pronate. I am neutral and that is so crazy to me.. I always get shoes for over pronating because my knees look like they are going in to me.. they did a video of me jogging and walking and they messured both feet sitting and standing. I ended up with Brooks Darn i forgot the name of them just brooks is all i remember now. I also got some inserts Copper super feet. They feel good on the good foot lol the bad foot.. well every thing feels bad on it.. The good news is if i ware them and i find i dont like them i can actually take them back!! WOOW I spent alot of money in the last 3 months looking for shoes and they feel good in the store but after a week they are killing my feet.
I hope this works. Next i am making sure to do no running or step yet then if it does not get netter i am going to request the shot.

And of course my Kitchen is in a mess still. I think it will be awhile like that. My DH is in the NG and he has to train one wekkend out of a month and then he has two weeks At to do coming up and then they have a school he goes to for more training he needs to do it either this summer or next fall. So the kitchen is going to go slowly. I wont complain he works hard for sure. I wish he had more help. He and I both help other people all the time. But it seems he really never has help. But that is the way it goes.

That is sad for this Tosca girl. So her husband past away? Of what? I cant imagine doing without my hubby right now.. Gawd he is my life.

I was able to do Push Pull yesterday evening. It felt good to be pumping iron again!
My appointment today went well. The test for the bio-identical hormones is a saliva test (you spit into a different tube a total of 4 times throughout one day). You send that off, then it takes 3 weeks to get the results back. The Dr. said it would be a slow process, since she likes to figure out what's wrong & heal that, versus just throwing a pill at a symptom. That sounds perfect to me!
Cathy: I'm relieved to hear that your MRI is coming up for your shoulder. Now, if you'd just hear from the other health care providers!!! I don't know how you keep going, with the pain you bear.
Renee: I hope the new shoes help! That's good that you can take them back! Are you on your feet a lot? It is frustrating when no one helps - a project always goes so much faster when you have help! I bet you'll be glad when it's done!!!
Tosca wrote all the Eat-Clean Diet Books & Cookbooks that are so popular. The last post on her website was yesterday - it sounds as though it could be any now time for her husband's passing. I got to meet her last year at the Arnold last year in Columbus, Ohio.

Yesterday was KPC Premix :#4(in the morning) & Push Pull Premix:#1 & finished with Yoga Relax(later in the day)!

Jane: Great on the Push Pull:) It's always nice to pump iron! I'm not sure why! I'm really hoping you hear some news in the next month & hope you really like your new doctor!! The pain is now chronic so you deal with the day to day:)

Renee: Go idea on no step & no running:) You have to give your foot time! I hope your new shoes work for you! You might still be able to do some upper body:) With your kitchen, if you happen to change your mind about something then you'll have the opportunity to think about any changes by going slowly!

I didn't work out yesterday evening. My ankle was a bit sore, don't know why, but didn't feel up to doing anything - maybe because I had to get up so early to get to my dr's appointment. It feels fine today, so I plan to do my weights again tonight. Tomorrow, I have a seminar all day.
Cathy: I'm sorry that the pain is every day - that must be really hard to cope with...:(
Renee: Cathy's thought about your kitchen is a great one (re: changing your mind about anything)! :D Let us know how the shoes are helping (or not).

Wow Cathy I love IMAX 2 and i love KPC Im not sure about the original IMAX because it is the music in IMAX 2 that kept me going.. Im so glad you had fun with..

I have recieved the Jari Loves DVD in the mail today, It was good i guess kinda boring to me. I think it may be because i did not get to jump around and get into it much, I could still feel my heel and i was afraid to go all out, it was easy i think, I dont understnd her concept thou I mean is all her dvd the same? med to lightweights and then cardio? i mean it is like this all the way threw and i can see that but are you supose to do them everyday? And it seems there should be a different varity in it if it is gonna be used everyday.. that may get even more boring if it is the same thing..

I may just be spoiled on Cathe!! lol But i think it is something i can do for now. I was feeling the pain in the workout even tho i was doign the low impact i mean at first it was okay but then i could feel it.. Then i took my shoes off today and getting ready for bed i walked to kitchen and no way i was limping again.. It seems like this every day if i try to exercise or not. Just at different degrees. I know CAthe you say it takes time but it is irrtating to me. I have to be active some way and I dont seem to be able to do anything without feeling like im losing a foot. lol Oh well

Ill go back to doc soon i think..

I did have 2 of Jari Love DVDs a few years ago & she wasn't my type of instructor! I also found the DVDs very similiar! I did get rid of them!:(
I think Cathe's High Reps are better & you could skip ahead to the next move on anything that bothers your foot!:)
